All Levels combines the flow of Vinyasa  yoga with the precision of a classical practice. It is a strong class that includes the softer side of yoga and deep relaxation. As its name suggests, this class is designed to be appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Basics focuses on the fundamentals of alignment and breathing. The class moves at a slower pace to allow participants to understand, experience and strengthen the foundations of their practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary. $15 class.

Basic Flow emphasizes linking breath and movement and a more relaxed pace. This cadence allows for a deeper exploration of each posture, while teaching the subtleties of alignment, energy and flow. You'll drop into a moving meditation that offers great relaxation and restoration for body and soul. Perfect for beginners or those seeking the powerful, healing benefits of a gentler practice. First-timer students welcome. $10 class

Expect a well-rounded class of forward folds, twists, backbends, standing postures and relaxation. You will leave centered, grounded and relaxed. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
